Tutorial on How to Unlock Artifact on inventory

First Step is to find this NPC on Misty George Outpost. This map will unlock when you reach level 60. Just press "N" then find it's name on the top of the Map.

Then Choose that quest as shown on the image below :

You need to craft those listed items to unlock it. Second step go to this bald guy. refer image below

Then under materials tab choose "magic powder crystal". refer image below :

craft all items by the number as shown on the image below :

then go back step one. Done.
