CHANGE SYSTEM LOCALE LANGUAGE :

1st : Go to Control Panel

2nd : Change Date,Time,Region

​

3rd : Go to Administrative Tab 

​

4th : Click on Change System Locale .(Take note of your default System Locale).

​

5th : Change that to Chinese(Simplified,China)

​

6th : Your System Will restart then you may now download or install the game
